(Rapier damage is doubled on an unmodified die roll of 18, 19, or 20. Xianna successfully stabs Kaschimalli in the left arm; don't forget to add your Strength mod to damage rolls.) (Don't worry too much about the mechanics, you're catching on well. )

Quicksilver hisses as the razors on Kaschimalli's club cut across her chest, biting into her flesh; and leaps back. Moving into position, flanking one side of the berserk warrior as Xianna takes the other side, she cracks her whip, striking out to wrench the weapon from his grasp...

(Right; every attack roll is modified by your Base Attack Bonus and one of your ability modifiers (usually Strength, but Weapon Finesse allows the use of Dexterity instead).

First losing his weapon, then suffering a stab wound at the business end of Xianna's rapier only enrage Kaschimalli even further; he nearly hurls himself bodily at Quicksilver, trying to turn things into a wrestling match all of a sudden.
(Silver gets a free swing with her gauntlet; if she connects and deals damage, he'll be unable to grab her.)
