I'm seriously losing interest in the game due to the fact you seem to be drawing out what seems to me to be an extremely minor plot development in my characters path to getting Wraith to wear the mantle. You asked me to join your board to accomplish this goal, which she is 100% ready to do, and then you gave me no support in accomplishing this event. Working towards the same goal for real life months on end is not fun. I'm seriously just about ready to storm the cult demand the mantle, and die in a blaze of glory just to end this tedium.
I do not like all the jumping around in time line from past to present either. It's difficult to predict how my character might react in a future event and limits my ability to roleplay him effectively.
I figure I should mention these things instead of letting them build to the point where I just quit.

I appreciate your honesty, and I'm sorry for your frustrations. Some spoilers to follow, to explain these actions.
The Mantle of Horns is an artifact-level magical item. This was intended to be a long plot arc, since just handing it off would cheapen its significance. Hilathic's "I don't need the cult" approach has kind of thrown me for a loop, though, and I've been trying to scheme up a next move.
The Tai Harith is led by diviners who do their best to watch Wraith's every move. Abyssal cults don't keep peons or insignificants in their ranks, only those who deserve and can hold onto their measure of power. Now that Hilathic has turned against them, they're lying low and getting Marrak out of the picture specifically because he's extremely valuable to them.
I had an idea yesterday to expedite some things and move this plot along, and since you express some frustration with its pace, I'm going to move ahead with it.

I believe it was the cults "tough shit deal with it yourself" laizafare attitude that forced Hilathic to have to go to Wraith. It makes no conceivable sense for them to protect Marrak to such a degree, when they have Wraith brimming with hatred ready commit torture and possibly murder. And my plan is perfectly devious and malicious just the type of thing an Abyssal lord would cherish in one of his minions.
Maybe I didn't push my plan properly to you in the Palo scene.
Also nothing against Kate but she is extremely pushy on trying to get me to post when I'm just not ready. And I've kinda spoken to her about that.

Marrak is the wealthiest cult member, and a ranking Fated with access to tax and property records. Without him, the thralls lose a share of their power and influence that they might not be able to replace -- and their concerns go beyond just Wraith.
There should be a new scene up soon, in the Lower Ward (Black Sails), where the both of you would be meeting with a representative sent by Marrak.

Might be a day or two before I post a response, still trying to figure out what I want to do with Hilathic now that Kate has quit.

That's cool -- I had plans for Aerin being involved in the Deva plot, but it could just as well be swept under the rug. It doesn't look like Kate has been online anywhere in quite some time.
