Level 1: Steal Spell 0/1. The Spellthief can forgo dealing 1d6 points of damage on his sneak attack to steal a spell slot of level 0 or 1 from his target. He may also steal a spell by touch from a willing target.
Level 1: Trapfinding. The Spellthief can use the Search skill to locate traps when the task has a DC of 20 or above.
Level 2: Detect Magic. The Spellthief can use Detect Magic as a spell-like ability a number of times per day equal to his Charisma bonus, at a caster level equal to his class level.
Level 2: Spellgrace +1. The Spellthief gains a +1 competence bonus on all saves against spells.
Level 2: Steal Spell Effect. The Spellthief can forgo dealing 1d6 points of damage on his sneak attack to steal an active spell effect from his target of a level up to his class level+Charisma modifier. The Spellthief gains the effect for 1 minute per class level, or until the effect expires.
Level 3: Steal Energy Resistance 10. The Spellthief can forgo dealing 1d6 points of damage on his sneak attack to steal resistance to one form of energy for 1 minute.
Level 4: Steal Spell 2.
