Though with what, it's hard to say. You can make successive castings for additional DC 20 Wisdom checks.

Not that I suspect this will help, since I'm already looking at a DC 20 alchemy check, but is there no overlap with medicine whatsoever that would allow for a higher DC knowledge check? I ask because while I don't dispute Toxicology as being the purview of Alchemy, Toxidromes are the study of medicine. When we see an overdose come through the doors of emergency, it’s the physician that makes the diagnosis, not the pharmacist even though a pharmacist might be just as capable at recognizing a substance induced syndrome. Just my two coppers.

The toxin is a fast-acting anticoagulant not uncommon in powerful formulae for rat poison.

Is there any roll Hadrian can make to determine an effective antidote for the poison? It’s becoming clear that even though he’s identified the source, he’s no closer to arriving at a solution. I’m guessing the poison is something like Warfarin and the antidote is vitamin K, despite the fact that Warfarin is not fast acting. However I question the probability of anyone in a medieval setting of understanding that
