So, I remember a bit about Skelter based on the sheet and his time in play... I know there was a more complete background for him, but I no longer have it. What's his story?

This is from an old email:

Born in Ribcage, gate town to Baator, his alignment isn't so much a philosophy as the result of conditioning from living in that place during his formative years. The son of two insignificants. They were not insignificant for lack of effort; they had successes and failures. With Ribcage's fiercely competitive social jockeying Skelter could see a balance: others were jealous of their fortune, others gloated in their error. Their lives ended when he was 15 with the culmination of some petty plot as the Blackguard, Ribcage's militia, stormed their small home and slit their throws, laughing and cackling. With no one to provide for him anymore, he joined the Blackguard, hoping to achieve the same sort of joy he saw in the faces of his parent's killers.
