There's talk of a bebilith wreaking havoc on the Upper Planes -- specifically, in a realm devoted to a being on its way to godhood. Would this interest Skelter at all?
Literally everyone else in the game is in this (most of the posting of late has been on the private boards for it), and I'd hate to leave anybody out if you'd care to jump in.

Absolutely. Maybe turn what Skelter's doing in Ribcage into this?

I'm puzzling over a tie-in, I should be posting tonight or tomorrow on Ribcage. This plot happens about eight months afterward, so the events won't be directly related as such, but it can be made to work.
In the meantime, I'm not going to worry so much about how it happens, but just get you in with that group as quickly as possible. Following the chant, Skelter would've made his way to Elysium from a portal in Sigil, which dumped him out in a forest. Only those who exemplify morality can make progress on the Restful Plane, so after aimless wandering for the better part of a day across empty fields and through the hills, he finally hitched a ride with a family bringing a tribute from their farmstead to the realm's monastery, Conclave Fidelis.
After crossing a river, the wagon became mired in the mud, staying stuck near the edge of the woods. After several hours of trying to free it, a demonic spider the size of a small house -- the bebilith itself! -- came charging toward the wagon. Just as everyone was resigning themselves to the afterlife, the creature bowed its head low and heaved the wagon onto the dry bank. Without waiting to be thanked, it vanished from sight.
It's been a little more than an hour, and the wagon is just pulling up alongside one of the PC groups now -- the treeline of the forest looks very similar to where the portal dropped him off in the first place.
Sound good to you?
Also, for purpose of introduction, is Jocyl his chosen alter-ego in general, or does he change it up from time to time?

This sounds great!
And yeah, Jocyl is his post-ribcage persona, trying to shed the past. What would have caused him to go through this portal in the first place? Orders from Loviatar?

It's generally better for it to be a personal interest -- for one thing, the Athar are sending in a group to investigate and probably try and meddle in the affairs of the powers (or near-powers, as the case may be), and every time the Athar succeed the gods fail.
As another option, seeing just what is bringing this being to godhood might bring the opportunity to create more power for the Mother of Plague -- or, perhaps, to attain apotheosis of his own.
Or, perhaps, he'd heard word that Gl'Fnak was part of the first group to follow the bebilith through its gate, and might have some desire to follow up with the tiefling and find out what happened.

That last suggestion rings true. And I noticed you opened up the Deva spark message boards. I'll try to insert Skelter into the mix.
