A half-fiend is the tiefling descendant of a greater fiend and a tiefling with a major bloodline of the same fiend's type. Half-fiends often bear strong resemblance to the fiendish side of their parentage.
Level adjustment: +3 Alignment requirements: Always evil. Racial requirements: Tiefling with major fiendish bloodline.
Special qualities:
Smite Good 1/day. The half-fiend deals bonus damage equal to its hit dice to one opponent of good alignment. Darkvision, +60'. Spell Resistance. The half-fiend gains Spell Resistance equal to 10+Hit Dice. If the half-fiend has superior spell resistance due to another racial or class ability, it improves by two. Acid, Cold, Electricity, and Fire Resistance 10. Poison Immunity. Unarmed attacks count as evil-aligned weapon. Claw attacks deal 1d4 damage. Bite attack deals 1d6 damage. +1 natural armor bonus. Darkness 3/day. DR 2/+1, 2/good, 1/material or +1. +4 Str/Dex/Int, +2 Con/Wis/Cha.
