Vatndir is a fairly tall man with sea weed-esq hair, which waves up in a firey/watery motion when in the water, but on land rests in a seattle-esq grunge style doo. Vatndir's got greenishblue skin reminicent of the waters of the Hverghjelme, with faint scales that are only apparent if you look very closely. His eyes are black like a nerid's eyes, but often take a red sheen when the light hits them just right.
Vatndir has webbed hands and feet, and avoids shoes or gloves except when needed for work or travel safety. He wear a mix of clothing which appears to be a combination of of Nerid design and the red robes of a yisgardian priest or scholor. The outfit has flowing portions which conceal his body and tight portions around various joints so as to not inhibit movement.
He has a thin outer robe that he wears on land - though only after it has been drenched in water. His armor, which he wears more often than his robes, is comprized of the scales of a great serpent whichshine beyond that of normal scale armor. The armor is highlighted with carved abalone and other shells for sholders, elbows, etc.
Vatndir carries a very nice pearl hilted, shell bladded knife of his own construction, and a large number of hidden throwing knives personally carved of shell, pearl or riverstone. He often is seen playing with one or more of these knives, though rarely in any sort of threatining manner.
Vatndir often wears the symbol of the Signers.
