The figure you see is that of a dwarf standing a little less than four and a half feet in height though weighing more than many humans. His dusty-looking, light brown skin is complemented by long black hair pulled back into a high ponytail and topped with a simple, undyed cloth cap. Unlike the long, bushy beards common to his race, his is short cropped except for the ends of his moustache and the bottom of his chin, which hang to the middle of his chest. He's clad in sandals, a matching blue and red patterned, loose-fitting pants and shirt, sinched with a simple rope belt.
His armor and weaponry are probably the most striking thing about his appearance. The chest of his shirt is covered by cascading, horizontal strips of a gold-trimmed, darkly lacquered metal. His pauldrons and skirt are made in the same style as the chest piece, while his forearms are covered from elbow to wrist with solid pieces of metal in an identical color scheme. The front of his armor bears two distinct, silver-accentuated symbols: the stylized dagger of the Fraternity of Order and a calligraphic representation of a man holding an ink brush and standing on the head of a turtle. At his left hip are two swords with narrow, gently curving blades; a bastard sword hung nearly parallel to the ground and a short sword a bit in front of it and more upright. Apart from his weapons and armor, he has only two small pouches at his waist and a sturdy leather pack over one shoulder.
The Guvner dwarf is named Thurrid Oathseeker, though for official functions -- be they faction- or pantheon-related -- he uses the guānmíng (or official name) Shì Pangu.
