(This assuming you meant 1 BP [11 AM] instead of 11 BP [1 AM].)
After a few hours of being passed by, Hadrian finds himself with a customer -- or at least, a window shopper. A fire genasi strays from the main thoroughfare, stopping and glancing to the scrawling on the wall as he kneels down to undo and retie his bootlaces.
"What selections d'you have?" he asks quickly and clearly, brimming with frenetic energy.

(Yeah, sorry for the confusion regarding the time stamp, 1BP it is.)
Hadrian smiles faintly and turns his contemplative gaze on the kneeling fire genasi. "I'm afraid my inventory is rather limited at the moment, cutter. I've just a few on hand: Alarm, avoid planar effects, protection from evil and cure light wounds. Of course, I can draw upon a wider repertoire and prepare a personalized order by tomorrow should you require something different. Can I interest you in any of these options?"

"Healin's useful. Have it in a potion? Or couldja make me somethin' that burns?"

Hadrian shakes his head with regret. “I don’t trade in potions I’m afraid, cutter, although I’m sure there must be another blood around here that does. As for something that burns, well I might have just the thing. Scorching ray; its an evocation of the second house that lets you unleash a jet of blazing hot fire from your finger tips. If you’re interested, I could have a scroll in your hands by tomorrow evening. It’s a special order though, cutter; that sort of job will run you six-hundred gold, and I’ll need to see some of it upfront as a show of good faith. I can’t be running around the cage after impulsive buyers, see?”

The genasi purses his lips in a fleeting frown. "Can't heal myself with a scroll. Scorching Ray interests me, but I don't carry that kind of jink for a disposable scroll... what's your price for a copy of the formula?"

(OOC: I’m totally guessing here. I’m sure Hadrian would have a better idea of the formula’s worth, and he wouldn’t be trying to peel his customers, so if I misattribute the price then just make whatever changes are necessary.)
“A copy of the formula as opposed to an imbued scroll? I could draft one for considerably less if that’s what you want, cutter. One hundred even and I could have it ready tomorrow.”

(An ordinary spellbook is written with ordinary pen and ink, but one-use scrolls require increasingly rare and valuable ingredients and implements.
(The "going rate" for a copy of a spell's notes is 50 GP per spell level -- which is why every mage in Sigil goes crazy for the Society of the Luminiferous Aether's open fair and its 80% discount.)

"Sounds good to me, cutter. Where should I find you tomorrow?"

(Anymore luck on this particular day Stix?)
