I'm not quite sure what you mean, so here goes...

Scar on her cheek from a ghoul attack in the Mortuary [haven't finished outlining how that happens yet]

Scar on her left palm from an accident with a scalpel

old whip scars on her back/shoulders [these happened in her early teens]

scars from chemical burns on one or both hands

scars from knife cuts on both arms, extending from elbow to wrist.
