Stepping into the stall, Hilathic clears his throat to get the attention of the shopkeeper. "I was wondering if you purchased items. Or might know where I could sell a few odds and ends?" Hilathic inquires.

Alluvius Ruskin, the withered old tiefling proprietor, looks to her fellow fiendling with a faint smile. "If I can sell it here, I'm game to buy it," she says coolly. "What do you bring?"

Emptying a small pouch of assorted items he had taken off of victims of the cult of Grazz't. Hilathic uses his hand to flatten the small pile and push things around so they could be seen easier. Noticing the gem and 2 rings he had gotten off of the old man looking for his daughter, sends a feeling through Hilathic, one he was not used to at all... quilt. Wraith was changing him. He could barely stomach bringing the lambs to the slaughter anymore, but appearance had to be up kept.
"Just some mementos from places I've traveled and things I've done. They no longer bring me the same joy I used to feel in seeing them." Picking up one of the rings Hilathic sighs heavily and sets it back done. "The thrill of the adventure is nearly lost to me. Now I find the thrill in woman and I wish to make her happy." Hilathic smiles broadly to Alluvius as he looks up into her eyes.

"Aerin, come along please. Do try to keep up." Wraith sighs wearily, pausing outside the tent marked as Tivvium's Antiquities, and waited for Aerin to catch up. I really should've hired a pony-cab. She muses, drawing her son close and kneels beside him to inspect his shoes. Hissing through her teeth, she rises to her feet again, lifting the boy up onto her hip.
"I need to find a decent tailor, but with all these people, it's near impossible to see where I'm going." She mutters more to herself, and glances at the sign hanging above her. It was a far cry from what she was looking for, but maybe the proprieter within would be kind enough to give her some directions.
Pushing aside the tent-flap, she scarcely notices the stall's other occupant, and approaches the old tiefling woman. "Excuse me, cutter, I apologise for disturbing you, but would you know of a decent tailor or cobbler around here?"

The stooped old woman glances over to Wraith and Aerin with a narrow-eyed, tight-lipped smile. "There is a small clothier -- the Golden Fleece -- just a block further," she says, pointing out through one immaculately-polished window.
"If quality is less your concern, Chinzpeter's Used Clothing is a short walk from here, near the Red Lion Inn, the large building with the spires on top." She looks back to her appraisals, sparing a second glance to Aerin and showing a forced, pleasant smile.

Heart stopping for a moment as Hilathic hears Wraiths voice behind him, Hilathic slowly turns and looks down at Aerin and smiling widely. Wiggling his fingers in a gesture of greating to the boy, he looks up at Wraith to see if she notices him before leaving the tent.

Wraith offers the old tiefling a faint appreciative smile. "Thankyou, basher. May the rest of this day see you well." She says, and turns to leave, beckoning for Aerin to follow and stay close. The boy hangs back for a moment, eyeing the only other occupant in the tent. He seems uncertain for a moment, clutching his doll to his chest. Then he approaches Hilathic, and touches his hand, smiling up at him.
"Come along, Aerin. We haven't got all day. I'd like to get this done before it rains again." Wraith sighs, returning to collect Aerin before he touches something he shouldn't be touching; or worse.
Her veiled eyes fall upon Hilathic then, looking up at her, and for a moment her heart stops beating. "Hilathic?" She squeaks in a tight voice. "Basher, what...? Well, now, this is an unnexpected surprise." Recovering her composure quickly enough, Wraith silently thanks herself for donning her veil that morning; or else her fellow tiefling would've seen her blush.

"Good Morning Wraith! And my little Aerin." Hilathic says as he leans down to give Aerin a quick hug. A gesture that looks sincere yet very awkward for Hilathic. "Are you keeping your mother safe for me, Aerin?"
Aerin opens his mouth as if wanting to say something, then nods feverishly to the question with a large smile on his face.
"I am very proud of you, and I know you are doing a wonderful job. What brings you out to the bazaar Wraith? I'm trying to earn a little gold for some training I require. Also I figured I would need a little gold tyo pick up something for our private ceremony." Hilathic says with a coy wink to Aerin.

"Please, call me Uathach." She says with a nervous little laugh, and adjusts her veil to better cover her face. Now more than ever she was glad he couldn't see the delighted flush to her cheeks. The colour seeping into her skin makes her appear more animated, more alive, more beautiful than she had for quite some time. It was something she didn't care to equate with herself, especially around someone who affected her the way Hilathic did.
"Mister Tetch doesn't care enough to give me regular shifts, which is more of a blessing than a curse, so again I find myself with idle time on my hands." She heaves a listless sigh. "Elsewhere, I feel strange and out of place." Aware that Alluvius is watching her, or in the least, listening to her conversation, Wraith is careful to chose her words carefully; lest she expose her broken faith to all but those few she trusted the most.
"Once you've completed your business here, you may walk with me if you wish. I'd appreciate the company." She gestures at the door behind her. "I can wait here, although I think it would be better if I do what needs to be done now, before it rains again, and I'll meet up with you again in an hour. Do you know where Chirper's is?"

"Aye the feast hall? I passed it on the way here, Uathach. In an hour it is then." Hilathic says, much more jovial then Wraith had ever seen him. The darkness and brooding seemed to be gone from him during the light of day.

Despite the veil concealing her face, Wraith seems delighted that Hilathic will accompany her once his business is finished. "Excellent. I'll see you there within the hour. We will most likely be inside, in the dining area." She draws Aerin close to her side as she says this, and smiles at Hilathic behind her veil.
"I hear that sometimes they have decent plays and musical productions there. Perhaps, if the patrons, the barkeep are appreciative enough, I may perform tonight." Bidding Hilathic, and the elderly shopkeeper farewell, Wraith walks out onto the busy street, pulling the door closed behind her.

The old tiefling casually selects a few small items from the collection. "This should cover it," she says, setting down six platinum pieces. "Can I do anything else for you?"

"No this is perfect, Thank you." Hilathic takes the remainder of the trinkets and the 6 platinum pieces and wishes Alluvius a good and heads out into the, crowd and noise of the bazaar to find Chirper's.
