Nuuko and Thurrid 2e Conversions

A few questions about the proposed 2e conversion. Are there already CP abilities/drawbacks for dwarves and/or Athasian elves? If not, have any ideas either in general or specific to my characters?

Is there any means of simulating Nuuko's prestige class bonuses in 2nd ed? Specifically the bow use in melee not causing attacks of opportunity/bonuses for opponents.

I'm looking for Athasian S&P stuff now, in fact. There are planar updates for dwarves, I'll get 'em up soon. The bow in melee thing is probably difficult to find, since 2e was much bigger on [fantasy] realism than the more anime-inspired 3.x -- I'll give it a look. C&T might have something.
