Fated Headquarters. When the Takers foreclosed on a college of academic arts, they turned its six-building campus into the home of the city's administration and recordkeeping.
The Hall of Records, for which the complex is named, holds all moneylending records, tax rolls, debtors' defaults, and credit information. The lesser Halls (Property Records and Census Records) stand nearby, dwarfed by the great tower. The Faction Dormitory's soldiers practice their martial arts in the Rowan Academy of Training, when it's not being used to host advancement duels. Coldbloods and their guests can head to the Faction Hall for a good meal and a small room at a surprisingly reasonable rate.

Society of Sensation Headquarters. A building staggering both in its beauty and its enormity, the Civic Festhall soars over 1,000 feet upward, commanding attention for miles around. Performers of all varieties flood the surrounding streets, hoping to catch a copper piece or two from passersby. Everywhere a body looks, he's likely to find something to appeal to his senses.

Sign of One Headquarters. On a lively corner in an affluent part of the ward sits the building where Sigil's legislation takes form, demarcated by its towering spire and a titanic iron statue of a figure lifting a globe on his shoulders. A continuous stream of visitors and faction representatives flows in and out all day, and by night stragglers can always be found milling about, swapping stories of the day's debates.

Clientéle: Very diverse, with a prevalence of Sensates and Ciphers. Also draws a number of water beings.
Atmosphere: A circular greatroom full of heavy tables of wood and stone. Mosaics of tile and shell line the walls, lit by lanterns inside glass spheres full of water and small, colorful fish which cast large rippling shadows throughout the establishment (to dim the lights by evening, the staff adds more fish to the tanks). Purified rainwater cascades in through a hole in the ceiling, pouring over shells suspended in midair before finally collecting in a small pool in the center of the room. To the left are a polished but well-worn wooden bar and the entrance to the kitchen; at the rear are the hallway and second floor spiral stair leading to lodgings.
Proprietor: Bertram Ledginworth, a stout, boisterous middle-aged human, aided by his wife, his teenage son, and a handful of mephits.
Bill of Fare: Menu selection and price vary based on going market rates. Usually-available items include a selection of vintages from across the Outlands, hard cider, beer, pork, fish, goat, Bytopian cheese and produce, and bread from local bakeries.
