I'm assuming this thing is close enough to target with a magic missile? If so, Quicksilver will be casting Magic Missile. If not she's casting shield.

Yes. Dex 16 gives a -1 initiative bonus, 17 and 18 give a -2, and 19 a -3. Adjusted for dex, my init is 10 for round 1.

For initiative order, I've got: 1: Silver (Magic Missile) 3: Hadrian (Grease) 9: Hilathic (Magic Missile) 10: Gl'Fnak (Sword?) 11: Creature (Claw/Claw/Bite)
(Silver has 3 missiles, Hilathic has 4 -- let's have damage on those and attack/damage for Gl'Fnak, please.)
